My name is Dylan Hartsell, the owner and operator of Sagebrush Outfitters. I have been fishing the Lower Deschutes since middle school and started guiding the river in 2017. Working with many different outfitters has helped me to establish my own program and fishing style. I acquired a permit to guide under my own business in 2023 and am loving the freedom of creating my own tactics, menus, and experiences for the folks I take down the river. I can’t wait to show you what we do!
